Served as Program Manager and Technical Architect for a $4 million Pivotal Sales Force Automation implementation at Ceridian. The engagement required integrating three commercial software applications, two relational database systems, and multiple hardware and software vendors while coordinating a 30-person business and technical team. I was responsible for the technical success of the implementation, bringing together complex systems, vendors, and stakeholders into a workable CRM solution.
