I designed the interface and proposed the system for advanced verification of drugs (and consumables) to be used by NAFDAC and other food & drug agencies worldwide.
There has been recent re-occuring noise concerning the drug verification system, basically consumables as a whole, I believe sparked from a simple idea Olusina Ajidahun had almost a week ago on X.
From people suggesting solutions, developing API's, designing interfaces. But all these doesn't solve the main solution of authenticity and accurate verification.
Your QR codes, Interface designs and API suggestions does not stop a product or drug from being fake, we have to look outside of that and look at the system. It needs to be adjusted.
That's why I'll commend and give credits to @AdigweBright(on X) for his idea on Unique Scratch Codes - A Three Layer Idenitity System.
Also supporting when Sultan A said; "...We can't expect users to buy bar code scanners...", (on an X post) which is absolutely true.
Note: The interfaces below are based off Mr. Adigwe Bright's idea and isn't designed to exist as a seperate system or product on it's own, but more of an integration in an already existing verification system like that of @NafdacAgency or any others worldwide.

Tendral Health came to us with a platform that connects verified physicians with paid clinical surveys.
They needed a brand identity and product experience that made the offer feel credible from the first screen.
Physicians are busy, skeptical, and putting their professional expertise behind every response. If the product is vague about verification, time commitment, or payout, there is no reason for them to keep going.
So we designed the full experience around clarity:
Sign-in recognizes users as clinicians, with verification and HIPAA messaging visible immediately.
Before a survey begins, physicians see the payout, time commitment, question count, and who’s signed in.
The completion screen puts the earned amount and payout options front and center.
The identity needed to do the same work. Navy and blue establish the clinical, professional feel this audience expects. Orange brings in the human part, the value of a physician’s time and insight.
The result is a brand and product experience that feel like one system, from the first impression through payment.
For Tendral’s users, trust is not something you earn halfway through the flow.
It has to be there before the first question loads.
