I looked at 5 Miami restaurant Instagram accounts. All five make the same mistake.
Every grid is food. Plated, lit, beautiful, and completely interchangeable. Scroll past three of them and you can't remember which was which.
People don't book a table because the salmon looked good. They book because they saw a room they wanted to be in on a Friday night. The bar at 9pm. The one server everyone asks for. The line outside that says you should have booked already.
Food photos are the easiest thing to shoot and the weakest thing to post. That's why everyone does it.
Fix: for every three food posts, one room, one person, one moment. Saves go up before followers do.
