This one was a little different!
A traditional portfolio will not work for an artist whose work is still evolving. Instead, we built a digital exhibition — a space where process, material, and perception are part of the experience, not just the finished piece.
Studio Investigations is designed to feel like moving through a body of work, not scrolling a website. Linear, editorial, one work at a time, with a CMS built to grow as her practice does.
Not every site needs to follow the same structure. Sometimes the experience should mirror the work itself.

Linear, one work at a time, with a CMS that grows with the practice is the right architecture for an evolving artist site. Most portfolio sites die at the third update because they were built as a finished thing, not a living one. The exhibition framing also forces better...

“Sometimes the experience should mirror the work itself”, really love that thought.
Too many portfolios feel identical now, this feels much more intentional and fitting for the artist.
