SignalRoom: turning customer evidence into product decisions
Customer research rarely fails because teams lack information. It fails because the path from evidence to decision disappears.
I built SignalRoom to keep that chain visible.
Every quote retains its source, segment, company, and review status. Repeated signals become themes. Themes become opportunities scored by reach, urgency, confidence, and commercial relevance.
The evidence-grounded assistant works from the same research workspace and cites the customer evidence behind each answer. Reports turn the strongest findings into a clear decision trail for stakeholders.
The design principle was simple: a recommendation is only useful when people can trace it back to the evidence that supports it.
512Financial is an Austin-based firm that steps in as the finance, HR and hiring team growth-stage companies don’t have yet. Their world is board meetings, due diligence and funding rounds, which can feel heavy and intimidating for founders.
My goal with the website was to make it feel the opposite: clear, steady and human. Deep green tones, lots of breathing room, and a “Readiness by Stage” section that lets every founder find their next step in seconds, from Seed to Series B and beyond.
The Muted Winter site starts on bright snow and ends after midnight. Six petals open like windows, the page dims, and no line runs longer than a breath.
