A law firm was losing good leads because every inquiry sat in an inbox until someone had time to read it. So I built them a set of AI lead intake agents in Make.com. Each new inquiry is now read by OpenAI, sorted by case type, enriched with Apollo, email-checked with ZeroBounce, logged to Google Sheets and routed to the right attorney. No copy-pasting, no lead left waiting. This is the kind of work I do: AI automation in Make.com, n8n, Zapier and GoHighLevel, plus the project and operations management that keeps a team's systems running after launch. If your team is still moving leads or tasks by hand, my services are on my profile. Happy to look at your workflow and tell you what can be automated first.

Clean chain — read, sort by case type, enrich, verify, log, route. No single step is flashy, but together they kill the inbox delay that was losing the leads. One question: when an inquiry doesn't fit a case type cleanly, where does it land? A general queue a person clears, or does the agent take a second pass before routing it?

Your business might not need more employees. It might need a small web app.

A lot of businesses still manage important processes with:

Google Sheets

WhatsApp messages

endless emails

scattered documents

“Who has the latest version?” conversations 😅 And eventually, the process becomes harder to manage than the actual business.

That’s where custom web apps can help.

A simple internal tool can handle things like:

→ Client management → Project tracking → Booking and scheduling → Customer portals → Dashboards → Automated workflows → AI-powered tasks → Data collection and reporting

The goal isn't to build some massive piece of software that takes 8 months and requires a manual thicker than a textbook.

Sometimes you just need a small, focused tool that solves one expensive problem really well.

That’s what I build at Optimum Studio.

I use AI-assisted development to turn ideas and business processes into functional web apps, MVPs, SaaS products and internal tools.

Have a process your business is still managing manually?

It might be time to turn it into a product.

This is such a strong pitch, Nice. 'One expensive problem solved really well' beats a bloated 8-month build every time, and the Sheets-and-WhatsApp chaos line will hit home for a lot of small businesses.
