Managing multi-site petrol station construction involves high-stakes logistics coordinating civil work, tracking imported heavy equipment, and maintaining cost controls across various stages.
I’m currently building PetroFlow, a specialized B2B management system designed to streamline petrol pump construction end-to-end.
🛠️ Technical Execution & System Architecture:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Built distinct UI workflows and permission tiers for Admins (project setup & oversight), Production Leads (site stage progress), and Importers (equipment procurement & import costs).
Multi-Stage Tracking Engine: Implemented granular tracking across project lifecycles from initial site survey and civil foundations to equipment installation and final handover.
Real-Time Financial & Spend Analytics: Aggregate live budget allocations and import expenses across dozens of active client sites into a centralized monitoring dashboard.
Optimized Modern Stack: Built for speed, high scalability, and seamless user experience with responsive design and instant filtering.
