Unified my helpdesk with n8n
I've been working on a project to unify my helpdesk system, and I'm excited to say that it's finally done. I used n8n to connect all my different channels, including Telegram and email, into one system. It's been a game... no, I mean, it's been a challenge, but the result is worth it. I can now see all my customer inquiries in one place and respond to them much more efficiently. My tech stack for this project included n8n, Google Sheets, and Telegram.

This is my AI Customer Support and Lead Generation Agent, built with n8n.
The workflow starts when a customer sends a message. The AI Agent understands the customer's request and responds automatically.
It also uses conversation memory to maintain context during the conversation.
When a customer wants to place an order, the agent collects important details such as their name, phone number, email, service, quantity, and requirements.
Finally, the customer's information is automatically saved into Google Sheets as a new lead.

Automating my weekly reports
I recently worked on a project to automate my weekly business metrics reports. I used n8n to connect the Schedule Trigger node, Google Sheets node, and Gmail node. This automation has saved me a significant amount of time and reduced errors. The tech stack included Google Sheets for data fetching and Gmail for sending the reports. I'm excited to see the impact of this automation on my workflow.
