Android app to create and share personalized invitations with custom designs. Implemented Hilt for dependency injection, Room Database, and Ktor for local storage and online features. Used Coroutines, WorkManager, and AlarmManager for smooth background tasks and scheduled notifications. Built a hybrid UI with Jetpack Compose and XML, including custom design elements.
Ktor for local storage? That's a networking client, not a persistence layer — if you meant Ktor Client for API calls, say that, because right now it reads like a mix-up that makes me question the rest of the stack.

You are right on the first one, that line is sloppy. Room holds local storage, Ktor Client is there for the API calls, and the post collapsed the two into one phrase. Fixing the wording rather than defending it.
On the schedulers they are doing different jobs. Invitation...
