I’m partnering with a leading global financial and professional services firm to identify a Health & Benefits Sales Professional for a high-impact opportunity within its Employee Benefits sales organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales hunter with deep experience in the mid-market employee benefits space who is ready to lead complex sales cycles, win new business, and build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in Employee Benefits or Health & Benefits consulting • Proven success selling to organizations with 1,000–5,000 employees • Demonstrated ability to prospect, hunt, and close new business — not simply manage existing accounts • Consistent track record of quota attainment and sales performance • Established relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers • Life & Health License a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with a strong record of sales success will also be considered

📍 Multiple locations available, with priority given to the Washington, DC area 🏢 Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote 💼 Multiple openings 💰 Competitive base salary + strong incentive/commission opportunity 🌍 Visa sponsorship available
