A project management SaaS concept I made as a self-directed practice project to sharpen my UI and product animation. The 1:08 video walks through the dashboard overview, task and subtask tracking, team activity, in-app messaging, and file sharing. Designed in Figma, prepped in Illustrator, and animated in After Effects, synced to voiceover. Delivered as 16:9 MP4.
