PickMyBus — Bus Booking Backend
I worked on the backend system for a bus booking platform using Java and Spring Boot. The main focus was building reliable APIs for bus search, seat availability, booking, and ticket generation.
I used PostgreSQL for storing users, buses, seats, bookings, and payment data, while Redis was used for caching and temporary seat locking to prevent multiple users from booking the same seat.
The backend was designed with a focus on clean APIs, authentication, database consistency, and scalable booking flows, with Docker and Swagger/OpenAPI used for development and API testing.

Switch nodes + Redis nodes are underrated when building chatbots.
In my opinion, these two are some of the most useful nodes for building solid chatbot logic in n8n.
🔀 Switch nodes → help route conversations based on intent, conditions, user type, or previous messages.
⚡ Redis nodes → help maintain conversation state, store temporary data, and give the bot memory across messages.
Together, they make it much easier to build chatbots that go beyond simple “if this, then that” workflows.
