I partnered with a senior Business Analyst to transform a task-heavy resume into a recruiter-ready, ATS-optimized document built for enterprise, healthcare, federal consulting, and Salesforce Business Analyst roles. The project focused on clarifying career positioning, strengthening keyword strategy, and rewriting the content to highlight measurable business impact, Agile and Waterfall delivery, Salesforce platform work, UAT coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership. I restructured the resume to present her as a high-value Lead Business Analyst with credible enterprise experience, stronger search visibility, and a clearer fit for modern hiring manager expectations.
