⭐ Individuals misunderstand the concept of readiness. Being ready is not the requirement to start. Getting started defines your readiness. Readiness is defined by certain criteria: the inputs of the process, the plan, the risks, the capabilities, and the complexity of the goal.
⭐ This readiness is not visible until individuals start the real process toward the goal, where these criteria become clear in front of them. When individuals say they are ready before the goal, it is often based on initial planning, some self-confidence, and basic mapping of the goal.
⭐ Real readiness is measured by starting the process and going through the actual details of the goal. At that point, individuals can determine whether they are truly ready to proceed or if they need to adjust their approach.
