CricBud is a cricket-focused digital platform delivering live scores, match updates, and news. I led the complete redesign and technical enhancement of the website, modernizing the interface, improving performance, and ensuring reliable live data delivery with a scalable architecture.

Built using Node.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I handled the full UI/UX redesign in Figma and complete frontend implementation, reworking features and making the platform fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop with optimized CSS.

I improved loading speed, optimized caching and APIs, and conducted continuous testing for stability. Enhancements included live score integration, new features, ad integration, basic SEO improvements, and security updates, delivered with consistent communication and on-time completion.
