I've been experimenting with a completely different approach to ecommerce creative production.
Traditional workflow:
Brief → creator → shipping → filming → editing → revisions → delivery.
By the time the creative is ready, the opportunity may already be gone.
We're testing a workflow where the product itself becomes the starting point for generating multiple creative concepts.
The goal isn't replacing UGC.
It's increasing the number of creative hypotheses a brand can test.
