Shipped a self-hosted Dealer Management System for a car dealership — inventory, CRM, sales, and installment payments, running entirely offline on one Windows PC in the dealership office. No cloud, no internet connection required to operate.
Covers the full vehicle lifecycle (lead → inspection → listing → reservation → sale → delivery) with an 8-stage CRM pipeline, a quotation → booking → payment → sale → delivery workflow that generates real PDF documents, and installment selling with auto-allocated oldest-due-first payments.
Locked down by 9 roles and ~45 server-side permissions, with an immutable audit log of every change. Built solo with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and TanStack Query — replacing spreadsheets and paper registers with one system the whole floor works from.
I built MobiFix Nairobi : A Mobile auto care company.
I rebuilt the moment an inbound “Can I book with you?” becomes “You’re booked.”
MobiFix Nairobi is a fictional mobile automotive service business built around one simple problem: booking vehicle services often means back-and-forth messages, checking availability, coordinating technicians, confirming locations, and handling payments manually.
I designed the experience so the customer can:
→ Choose a service
→ Select their vehicle
→ Enter their location
→ Pick an available date and time
→ Add their details
→ Review the booking
→ Complete payment
→ Receive a booking confirmation and code
Behind the scenes, the business gets a real dashboard with bookings, calendar, customers, services, technicians, availability, analytics, and website management — all backed by real data.
The goal was to make the entire journey feel less like “requesting an appointment” and more like simply getting booked.
🔥 New addition to my portfolio 🔥
Previously I had an SVG mask of my logo in the center with my showreel behind it, but this had a couple of issues. So yesterday I pushed it further and I created a 3D variation, video playing inside it, glass refraction and it's even more beautiful when you click into it.

This is a production-ready Next.js boilerplate with authentication, billing, AI integration, and an admin panel already wired together and tested end-to-end — not just scaffolded, actually working with real Stripe and Razorpay test transactions, real webhook handling, and a real Postgres database via Prisma.
The real test transactions are a useful proof point. I'd show a failed payment and its retry in the demo too, so someone can see whether account access stays in sync when billing goes wrong.
