I’m curious, when you’re mapping user flows for products with multiple user roles or states, how do you decide where to draw the line between clarity and too much detail?
@Henry Nwachukwu It’s all about the target audience of your user flow. If you’re presenting it to tech people, I suggest including the server-side logic and other technical details. But if it’s for non-tech people, I recommend keeping it simple.
