I developed and customized the Zendesk Web Widget for Arka.app, a packaging platform. The objective was to override default widget behaviors to increase user engagement and streamline the customer support workflow.
Key Deliverables:
Chatbot Interface Customization: Programmed specific UI adjustments to the Zendesk widget, including removing the standard "minimize" functionality to maintain focus and prevent accidental closures during support sessions.

The before and after on the Flatpack Professor site says it all, going from generic contractor to something that actually looks like a business worth trusting.
Further explorations with crosshatch shading + raymarching. Adding RGB shift, shape morphing, and rotation to introduce more movement and variation into the effect.
Raymarching plus RGB shift is a fun combo, that halftone-looking texture almost looks tactile. What's actually driving the shape morphing here, is it time-based or tied to some other input?
