Inbound AI Voice Agent, Configured in GoHighLevel (Plus a Custom Agent in Our Own Dialer)
I built an inbound AI voice agent in GHL that answers the client's number. It greets the caller, works the conversation from a script with built-in objection handling, and books or routes the call based on how it goes. Every call writes back to the CRM: contact record, opportunity stage, timeline note. The team sees exactly what happened on every call without touching a thing. No new software to learn, it's configured in the CRM they already run on.
And when a client needs the outbound side, I've built that too. A custom AI voice agent from the pipeline up. Pipecat with OpenAI Realtime, speech to text, LLM, text to speech, all in a single WebSocket, embedded right into our own power dialer. A sales team dials prospects in parallel and hands the conversation to the AI: script, objection handling, voicemail branch, and the outcome written straight back to the CRM. The whole pipeline is covered by a 91-case automated test suite, and if the AI service goes down, the call degrades gracefully instead of crashing.
Inbound on GHL, outbound in our dialer. Same voice AI capability, in the shape the client's workflow needs.

I built an AI Agent that books appointments directly inside chat apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and Facebook Business through natural conversations.
I hooked up a few things to make it happen:
- WhatsApp Business API
- Meta scopes for Instagram
- Scopes for Facebook messaging
- Google Calendar API
- AI Agent (powered by Lovable)
All of these work together to help businesses get appointments without lifting a finger, saving time and money in the process.
PROBLEM:
Usually, appointment-based businesses would use booking websites (pretty common these days) to take bookings, but bookings generally dont start from there. It starts with customers sending messages on WhatsApp or Instagram (or social media generally), like, “Are you free on Saturday?”, and then they wait to be directed.
That normally means someone has to stop what they’re doing, reply to the customer, check the calendar, suggest a time, follow up, create the booking (or send a booking link), send reminders, collect payments, and handle any changes afterwards or, worst, answer repeated questions for the nth time.

Because clients/customers require fast responses, businesses lose hundreds of customers a year because their competitors replied first!
So I built PingBase
PingBase removes that entire back-and-forth. Instead of sending customers somewhere else to book, PingBase turns the conversation they’re already having into the booking.
This is usable fo any time of business for multiple use cases.

Impressive
Just finished building a Salon Booking Management System!
The goal was simple: make appointment management easier for salon owners and reduce the manual work involved in handling bookings and reminders.
The system connects the complete workflow in one place:
1 Customer makes a booking
2 Booking gets confirmed
3 Owner sees it on the dashboard
4 Upcoming appointments are organized clearly
5 Reminders help the owner stay on top of appointments
One of the key things I focused on was making the experience simple, clean, and easy to understand, while keeping the workflow practical for a real business.
This project helped me think beyond just building screens — and focus more on the actual business problem, user flow, and overall product experience.
Excited to keep improving it and turn it into an even more polished product.

The contract was signed before I finished my coffee.
Scope got confirmed on a call, and the contract generated and sent itself before the call even ended. The client signed on their phone minutes later no template to fill in, no delay.
→ The faster a contract lands, the less time there is for second thoughts.
Having the contract auto generate and dispatch before the call wraps removes the manual handoff entirely
