I've redesigned over 200+ Amazon listings. Here's the one thing that separates a listing that converts from one that just "looks nice": Nobody scrolls Amazon to admire your design. They scroll to answer one question: "Is this the right product for me?" 3 things I learned the hard way designing A+ content for supplement & skincare brands: → Your hero image isn't your best-looking image. It's the one that stops a thumb mid-scroll and answers a doubt before it's even asked. → If your infographic needs a paragraph to explain the benefit, it's not an infographic. It's a wall of text pretending to be one. → "Make it premium" isn't a design brief. It's a trust problem. Premium = clean whitespace, real ingredient shots, and copy that doesn't oversell. Not gold foil and fancy fonts. I once redesigned a listing for a brand that was losing to a competitor with worse product but better visuals. Same product. Same price. 40% different conversion. That's when it clicked on Amazon, your design isn't decoration. It's your salesperson. And it never clocks out. If you're a brand still using stock templates for your A+ content, you're not saving money.
