I created this white paper for a Web3 publishing platform. It examines how academic publishing has become slow, costly, and controlled by a small number of institutions, often limiting who gets published and who gets access to research. It shows how a blockchain-based model with transparent peer review and token-based incentives can open up the process, giving researchers more control over how their work is reviewed, shared, and rewarded.
