Speakify — English Speaking & Language Exchange App
Speakify is a React Native mobile app designed to help users improve their English through real-time voice conversations. Users can connect with random people, join voice rooms, practice speaking, learn daily vocabulary, and receive pronunciation feedback.
I built the mobile app and backend, including authentication, real-time voice communication, matchmaking, chat, notifications, user profiles, follow/unfollow, reporting and blocking, and learning features. The project also involved deploying the backend with Docker and implementing real-time communication infrastructure.
