I might be wrong but this is what's written in the guideline ‼️ The Challenge Design matters now more than ever. This is your chance to design a solution to a problem, to test out new tools and use them to design and build something that makes a difference. We want to see how you use Figma to build something with purpose and meaning, something that improves your life, your community, or the world.

It actually doesn't explicitly say that there must be a problem that needs to be solved; there are categories for being as creative as possible, even by using Figma's entire systems.
