For this concept, we began with a moodboard: tea ceremony photography, botanical elements, natural textures, and a calm earthy palette.
Those references shaped the visual direction, typography, colors, and overall atmosphere of the website.
The goal isn't to copy the moodboard, but to transform inspiration into a cohesive digital experience.

Serenity Touch Massage Therapy was struggling with maintaining a consistent social media presence and attracting new clients through digital platforms. Despite offering exceptional massage and wellness services, the brand faced several challenges:
Low engagement across social media channels
Inconsistent posting schedule
Limited brand awareness within the local market
Lack of a cohesive content strategy
Difficulty showcasing expertise and building trust online
The goal was to create a social media strategy that would increase visibility, establish authority in the wellness space, and generate more appointment bookings.

Reviewed local massage therapy and wellness competitors
Identified high-performing content formats and engagement patterns
Analyzed content gaps and opportunities for differentiation

Identified primary audience segments, including working professionals, athletes, and individuals seeking stress relief
Studied audience behavior, content preferences, and booking triggers
Developed content themes aligned with customer pain points and wellness goals

If you were building a course landing page for a coach, which testimonial layout would you choose?
A. Sliding testimonials (carousel)
B. Stacked testimonials (all visible at once)
Personally, I can see advantages to both. Stacked testimonials make every review visible, while sliders save space and keep the page cleaner.
