Hosté: Nigeria's first premium event staffing marketplace. I'm the Founding Frontend Developer and led the frontend team on the Hosté website, now live on Vercel. Hosté connects brands with vetted event staff. I built it with Next.js and TypeScript, using a custom design system (orange, green and cream on dark) and a responsive, mobile-first layout. I also contributed to planning the wider platform: the PRD, a 20-module build roadmap, and reviewing the Prisma/PostgreSQL schema for the full marketplace (brands, workers and admin).

How fast can a template get without changing a single pixel?
⠀
We just optimized 11 of our templates in Framer, Astro and Next.js. The rule was simple: nothing visible changes, only how things load.
⠀
What we changed: CSS inside the page, fonts from our own domain instead of Google Fonts, WebP images with phone-sized copies, videos that load when you scroll near them, heavy videos re-encoded without visible loss (one template went from about 20 MB of video to 2.4 MB), WebGL that starts near the screen, and analytics after the page. Every page was checked pixel by pixel at three widths before and after.
⠀
Mobile PageSpeed now, Astro / Next.js:
Sunbeam 100 / 100
Auria 100 / 96
Lapse 97 / 98, up from 64 / 66
Parley 97 / 94
Nova Quinn 93 / 92 ⠀
On desktop, Mote scores 98 in Framer and 100 in Astro and Next.js.
More posts on the individual fixes coming.
Nothing visible changes, only how things load is such a good rule. Speed work like this is underrated, buyers feel it even if they can't see it.
I’ve spent the last three months building this.
Deframer is finally here.
It started with the same conversation with clients: they wanted to leave Framer but felt stuck, since moving meant rebuilding their sites.
I felt it too. Pricing kept getting harder to justify, and the product experience felt worse.
Our template sales also took a hit after the marketplace and community changes.
Other template creators have been seeing their revenue dip too.
So I built Deframer.
Some exporters just package what the browser loads from your published URL.
Deframer writes a clean Next.js + TypeScript project, following Next.js best practices. Code you can read, maintain and run yourself.
It also optimizes for SEO, AEO and speed.
Paste your Framer URL, verify it’s yours, and convert. Your pages, components, layouts and motion come along.
Three months later, it’s ready for you to try.

If you’ve been wanting to move off Framer, I’d love to hear how it works for you.
VELOUR is a luxury perfume-store concept featuring a cinematic 3D entrance: the camera approaches the boutique, the doors open, and visitors discover the fragrances inside.
The experience includes interactive perfume bottles, animated spray effects, a personalized scent quiz, product filtering, bottle-size selection, and a shopping bag. A complete demo checkout takes visitors through delivery details to an order-confirmation screen.
Built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WebGL, with responsive layouts and motion controls. This is a frontend showcase; checkout does not process real payments or orders.
The cinematic 3D entrance is a stunning way to sell luxury online, Arooj. Doors opening into the boutique makes the whole experience feel theatrical. A personalized scent quiz plus a full demo checkout shows you think beyond visuals.
