Zappy: Building a Real-Time Workflow Layer for WhatsApp-Based Businesses
Zappy is a mobile first shared WhatsApp inbox for small businesses, designed to turn chaotic customer messaging into structured team workflows.
The core problem is not messaging, but coordination. As small teams grow, conversations become fragmented, messages are missed, and there is no clear ownership or system of work.
I designed Zappy as a real time, multi tenant communication system where every business operates in an isolated workspace, and every conversation is structured, trackable, and assignable across team members.
The system is built with a contract first architecture using OpenAPI and shared types, ensuring the backend and mobile app stay fully in sync as the product scales.
Real time updates are handled through Socket.IO, with fallback polling for reliability across environments.
On top of this communication layer, AI is embedded directly into workflow moments, not as a separate tool. It assists with reply suggestions, conversation summaries, tone rewriting, sentiment detection, and off hours responses, all aimed at reducing cognitive load and response time for small teams.
Zappy is ultimately a workflow layer for WhatsApp based businesses, focused on structure, speed, and clarity in customer communication.

Option 2 is definitely way better, but i think there's some alignment issues to the margin and consistency issues with the subtext.

Flapchat is half chat app, half mobile game. You pick a courier — pigeon, snail, butterfly, eagle, bee — and your letter crosses the actual distance to your friend at that animal's pace. A pigeon to NYC might take eight hours. A snail across town might take only two days. Sometimes the courier doesn't make it at all.
Flapchat is slow on purpose, and watching a pigeon cross actual distance to your friend feels different — somewhere between sending a message and playing a small game.
Every courier has four stats: Speed, Reliability (the chance of arrival — a courier can always lose a message), Range, and Capacity (how many characters they can carry).
How it works:
1. Pair with a friend by code
2. Pick an animal courier
3. Write your letter
4. Watch it take off and then wait
Spring is migration season. Birds are crossing continents right now. So are your messages after sending them!
Progession & Monetization:
Players unlock new couriers by completing in-app challenges — that's the free progression layer. Paid wares live in the Outpost, a folk-magic trading post. Some buff a courier's stats; others unlock special effects. For example, the Rabbit's foot makes a courier 10% more likely to arrive.
Note: The app is fully functional and can be deployed into the app store as is.

That was the design principle behind Zenvest a personal finance mobile app built around the idea that your financial overview should feel as calm and clear as the interface delivering it.
Most finance apps are designed for feature checklists and nothing else. The person checking their balance, tracking their spending, and managing their cards every day deserves better than a cluttered interface that creates anxiety instead of clarity.
Zenvest built the experience to match the feeling.
Soft sky blue canvas. Iridescent card design. A home screen that shows your balance and recent transactions from Starbucks, Netflix, Apple Store, and Slack, with every entry categorized, color-coded, and instantly readable.
The analytics screen says all income is up, expenses are tracked monthly, and spending is broken down by food, healthcare, and electricity. No unnecessary complexity. No data overload. Just precise, beautiful financial insight presented the way a premium product presents everything it touches.
The card management screen completes the picture: physical Visa cards stacked with Show PIN, Card Details, Freeze Card, and Add to Apple Wallet all in one calm, controlled space.
Because people managing their money every day deserve a tool that respects their peace of mind as much as their wallet.
