Talkapp — Emergency Communication Platform
Senior Mobile Developer
Talkapp is a cross-platform mobile application built for hospital teams to coordinate and respond to emergencies quickly and reliably, including situations where network connectivity may be limited.
What I worked on
Developed most of the application for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
Implemented geolocation to identify emergency locations, including outdoor scenarios.
Worked on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning to improve indoor location identification.
Developed the team communication and chat functionality.
Integrated with IoT devices featuring physical buttons and displays, connected to a central backend to trigger emergencies and communicate emergency status.
Implemented remote push notifications and local notifications.
Developed background services for synchronizing emergency alerts during offline operation.
Performed manual testing and debugging across both real and virtual iOS and Android devices.
