Having an onboarding analysis for a SaaS platform is one of the first steps to understanding where users drop off.
Why?
Imagine entering someone’s home and three dogs run to bite you, the door is rusty, the host is rude, and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. You’d probably never return, and definitely wouldn’t bring gifts 🎁
Onboarding works the same way. Don’t overwhelm users, make the entrance clear and welcoming, and guide them with care throughout the journey.
A Power BI dashboard is like installing cameras in your home: it helps you see where things go wrong and whether everyone leaves safely and satisfied.
