Had a lot of fun bringing this product to life with motion design, and storytelling. The goal was to show how multiple AI agents work together across the patient journey, from scheduling and insurance verification to billing and follow-up, in a way that's simple, clear, and engaging.

I've been scrolling motion design feeds lately and something feels off. Every video is competing on who can add more. More glow. More 3D. More camera moves that make zero sense for the message. Looks insane on Dribbble. Gets a hundred likes from other designers. Then it goes on a real website and doesn't perform as expected. We forgot what the job is. The job is communication. Not cinema. An explainer video has one purpose. Make someone understand something they didn't before. The best performing videos I've made are embarrassingly simple. Clear message. Clean movement. Nothing fancy. They work because the viewer doesn't have to decode anything. The flashier the video, the more the designer made it for themselves. That's not design. That's a portfolio piece wearing a marketing hat. Agree or disagree? 🤔
