1. Client:
Digital travel agency focused on international themed experiences.
2. Problem:
The business relied on manual processes and was not leveraging its existing database, forcing it to start from scratch with each launch and limiting its growth.
3. Solution:
Implemented SendPulse as CRM to consolidate and centralize all contacts previously scattered across multiple platforms, and established a simple and automated lead capture process using the platform forms. Finally, we started sending email marketing campaigns to all existing and new contacts.
4. Results:
Organized and activated database, 24/7 lead generation, and a scalable structure that replaced isolated sales efforts.
