My Role: Business Developer and Sales Closer
I worked as a sales and business development representative for a Creative agency in New Jersey, by identifying new business opportunities, engaging qualified prospects, and building strong client relationships. I conducted discovery calls to understand each client’s goals, challenges, budget, and service needs. I presented tailored creative solutions, handled objections, prepared proposals, and followed up consistently to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. My main contribution was expanding the client base, strengthening partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
