RB Schilders (Painters) Ron is offline. His bookings aren't.
- One-liner A booking app that turns "Can you paint my house now?" into a booked week for Ron, a solo house painter in Amersfoort: instant prices and real available weeks for customers, a photo check instead of a 2-hour visit, and rain rescheduling in one tap.
- The business RB Schilders is Ron, a real house painter in Leusden and Amersfoort, Netherlands. He works alone, splits his work 50/50 between inside and outside jobs, and gets every client through word of mouth. He's fully booked. He doesn't need more work; he needs less hassle.
- The quirks I built for, from an interview with Ron About 3 messages before anyone knew the price A 2-hour visit to quote every job, and 3 in 10 of those visits led nowhere "Can you do it now?" and "Can it be cheaper?" on almost every first message. Half his work is outside, so rain pushes every later job back, and clients heard late. No follow-up on unanswered prices, and replies waited for his weekly admin.
- What I built For customers: describe the job, add photos, and see a price range with its breakdown and Ron's real first available week. Pick a week and it's held for 3 days, with no payment yet.
For Ron: requests wait under "Needs your yes". He checks the photos instead of driving over and sends a fixed price in one tap. The customer accepts, pays a €150 deposit, and is booked. Nothing is agreed without Ron.
Rain: Weather watch reads the Amersfoort forecast, marks which days are paintable, and plans the pause: it moves every later job and pulls an inside job forward. Ron approves with one tap, and every client gets their new dates.
Autopilot: it turns a forwarded WhatsApp into a request with a drafted reply, and handles price follow-ups, reminders, visit confirmations and waiting-list offers.
- Try both sides Customer: rb-schilders.lovable.app
Ron's side: rb-schilders.lovable.app/owner (demo passcode 2468). On Weather, switch on "Simulate rain Tue to Thu" to see the shift. Demo data resets every night.
