The Last Lighthouse — My Seedance 2.5 + CapCut Creation
For this challenge, I created a cinematic story about a young lighthouse apprentice who becomes the last hope for a fleet trapped at sea during a massive storm.
I used Seedance 2.5 to create the dramatic visuals: an ancient coastal city, dark storm clouds, heavy rain, huge crashing waves, fishing boats struggling toward the harbor, and the lighthouse flame slowly dying. The key moment shows the apprentice climbing the tower alone with the last jar of oil while everyone else has taken shelter.
I then edited the scenes together in CapCut, adding cinematic pacing, transitions, sound effects, storm ambience, and emotional music to make the story feel more immersive.
The final shot is the most important: the apprentice brings the lighthouse flame back to life, and its powerful beam cuts through the darkness and reaches across the stormy ocean toward the lost fishing boats.
I wanted the video to show courage, hope, sacrifice, and the power of one small light in the middle of darkness. 🌊🌧️🔥
I created this mockup to showcase how a social media campaign can feel beyond a single static post.
Instead of simply placing the designs on a flat background, I wanted the presentation to feel intentional, editorial, and visually polished with carefully arranged layouts, realistic depth, soft shadows, overlapping compositions, and a clean colored environment that allows each design to stand out.
The goal was to make the work feel like a real creative campaign presentation rather than just a collection of graphics.
