I built this concept to show how AI-assisted research can move from scattered information to a clear competitive picture. The workflow combines competitor research, structured data, pattern identification and visual storytelling into one decision-focused dashboard.

Instead of making the client dig through pages of notes, the final view surfaces the information that matters who's competing, where the gaps are, what's changing, and where the opportunity may be.
