One month on Contra. Top 5%. 5.0 rating. Here's what I actually learned. The rating isn't about being perfect. It's about being predictable. My clients didn't give 5 stars because the edits were the best they'd ever seen. They gave them because: → I delivered when I said I would → I communicated before they had to ask → I treated their brand like it mattered — because it does Skill gets you in the room.
