The app I made is called “Focus” , it’s an ADHD support app, especially for tracking tasks.
This is actually my very first time making an app. I have zero experience in coding or being an app developer… so yeah, this is a bit of a leap for me.
Alright, let’s get straight into it.
Why did I make this? Because I have ADHD myself. And one of the biggest struggles is… doing tasks.
Like, imagine you have a list of 3 tasks. You know they’re important. But you just sit there… staring at them… for like 2 hours.
It’s like there’s something between your brain and your hands that just… won’t connect. Then you get overwhelmed, tired, and stuck, because you can’t even decide where to start. And in the end… you do nothing.
BUT the funny thing is… suddenly everything works perfectly when it’s close to the deadline…like me making this submission. 😅

So, what does this app do?
This app helps you track your tasks, habits or routines, and focus time , with a simple UI that doesn’t feel overwhelming, especially for people with ADHD.

Let me show you how it works, starting with the Task tab.
First, go to “My Task” and type your big task. For example: “Finish the client proposal”, “Clean my room” or “Reply to that email from 3 weeks ago” …anything.
Then, you break that big task into smaller steps. Start from the easiest one, all the way to the more difficult ones.
After that, you can check them off one by one. Each checkmark feels like a small win, it's giving your brain that little dopamine boost to keep going.
You can also see your streak grow, which is proof that you can do hard things… because you just did.

And my favorite feature is actually in the first tab, it’s called “Brain Dumps.” Where you can quickly capture any thoughts or ideas before they disappear.
This is super helpful for me, especially as someone with ADHD working in the creative industry.
