Droom Super App is an AI-powered mobility platform designed to simplify every stage of vehicle ownership. From buying and selling vehicles to rentals, loans, insurance, inspections, and vehicle management, the app brings the entire automobile ecosystem into one seamless experience.

As a design lead, I was responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience across multiple products and services. I worked closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design intuitive user journeys, scalable design systems, and engaging interfaces that improved usability and customer satisfaction.

The biggest challenge was unifying diverse mobility services into a single, easy-to-use platform while maintaining consistency and simplicity.
