Beta Tester & UX Reviewer Needed: Test All-in-One Business OS (Flowprise-AI)
Project Overview:
We are preparing for the public rollout of Flowprise-AI (https://www.flowprise.tech), an all-in-one business management platform combining CRM, catalog & inventory, automated invoicing & payments, and AI-powered data cleaning for modern business owners and operators.
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelance tester, business operator, or UX reviewer to run through the platform, test edge cases, and share honest, constructive feedback.
⚠️ Important Note on Billing:
• NO real payments or credit cards are needed! The platform is in testing phase.
• You will have full access to test-upgrade your workspace to ANY plan (Growth, Scale, or Enterprise) at zero cost to test all tier-locked powers, integrations, and limits.
Scope of Work:
Onboarding Journey: Create a test business account, complete email/OTP verification, and set up your workspace profile.
Plan Upgrades & Tier Testing: Test upgrading between plans (Free → Growth → Scale → Enterprise) using test mode to verify quota changes and feature unlocks.
Daily Operations:
CRM: Add contacts, manage companies, and advance deals through the sales pipeline.
Catalog & Inventory: Add SKUs, adjust warehouse stock levels, and review inventory alerts.
Invoicing & Receipts: Generate sample customer invoices, test PDF downloads, and verify test-mode payment receipts.
AI Data Engine: Upload a sample CSV dataset to test automated missing value imputation, outlier detection, and data export.
Cloud Storage Tracker: Inspect the real-time storage usage breakdown and test file deletion / cleanup tools.
Edge Case & UX Review: Check for UI friction, confusing wording, mobile responsiveness, or any subtle bugs.
Deliverables:
A structured feedback report (Loom video walkthrough or Google Doc / Notion notes) covering: • What felt intuitive and smooth • Confusing labels, UX friction, or workflow bottlenecks • Any bugs, UI layout glitches, or unexpected errors • What features you’d want to see next as a business operator

Dunkin’ Product Web Concept
Project Description:
A playful web design concept created to explore bold product visuals, strong composition, and interactive brand presentation. The goal was to turn a simple product idea into a more engaging digital experience while keeping the layout clean, clear, and visually memorable.
This concept reflects how I approach web design in general — understanding the brand, building a strong visual direction, and creating an experience that works around the product, service, or idea being presented.

After a sales call, most people either rush the follow-up email or forget it. This workflow does the first draft for you.
When Fireflies finishes transcribing a call, it:
pulls the full transcript
uses OpenAI to write call notes: a summary, open questions, the next step and the outcome
saves a follow-up email to the contact as a Gmail draft
logs the call in Google Sheets and emails you the notes
Nothing is sent to the contact automatically. The follow-up waits in your drafts until you check it and press send.

Congrats on getting it approved. Drafting instead of auto-sending is the right default. One edge case worth a guard: calls where the transcript comes back empty or cut short, otherwise the model writes a confident follow-up from almost nothing.
