Completed internal finishes quantity take-off for a UK residential first floor extension project using PlanSwift Pro Metric. Measured floor finishes across two plan sheets including timber floors (592 SQM), tile floors (78 SQM), paver floors (137 SQM), timber skirting (658 M), and ceiling plasterboard including moisture-resistant board (627 SQM total) — all itemized from architectural floor plans for direct BOQ input.

Couple's suite — from isometric to illustration 🛏️

This bespoke joinery project was built around a very real need: a bedroom that works as both a refuge and a functional space. The suite features a warm-toned wood panel as an integrated headboard, with embedded LED lighting that creates a cozy, enveloping atmosphere. Wall sconces on each side of the queen bed make it easy to wind down with a book at the end of the day.

The space also includes a dedicated area that works as a study desk or a vanity — same surface, two lives.

The colors tell the story: slate blue on the walls and furniture, dusty rose on the upholstered headboard, warm wood on the panel. A palette that balances calm and warmth without losing character.

The presentation is an illustration — not a render. An intentional choice: hand-drawn visuals humanize the project, make it one of a kind, and show that behind every decision there's a person thinking, not an algorithm generating images.
