The piece targets the search intent "does AI content rank on Google," synthesizes 2026 ranking data, and is structured for both traditional SEO and AI Overviews — a direct answer up top, question-based subheadings, and citable data.
Written end-to-end with the same process I use for client work: research → brief → AI-assisted draft → human refinement → optimization for both search and AI citation.
