Faiz Aircond: a booking app for a one-man aircond business in Shah Alam, Malaysia
Faiz fixes aircond alone. One van, no staff, 6 years in Shah Alam.
His biggest problem isn't the work. It's WhatsApp. He gets 40+ "bila free?" messages a week, and he can't reply while he's up in a ceiling. By the time he answers, half of them have booked someone else.
He also works one area a day to avoid traffic: Shah Alam on Monday and Thursday, Setia Alam on Tuesday, Klang on Wednesday, Subang on Friday and Saturday. A job booked in the wrong area on the wrong day costs him an hour on the road. And about 1 in 6 customers aren't home when he arrives.
So I built him a booking app with Lovable.
For customers
The home page shows where Faiz is today and his next free slot
Pick the service and number of units, and the price and job time are worked out (3 units of general service = RM 240, about 2h 15m)
Only the days he's already in your area show up, and only start times that finish before 6pm and skip Friday prayers
Booked in under a minute, with a code to come back to
Reschedule or cancel yourself, and tap "Yes, I'll be home" the day before
For Faiz
His day as a route: jobs, hours, revenue, who has confirmed
One tap "Navigate" and one tap "On my way" on WhatsApp, message already written
Tomorrow's reminders for anyone who hasn't confirmed
Add a day off and see exactly which jobs need moving
An impact card: bookings with no back-and-forth, hours saved, no-show rate
Under the hood
Supabase with row-level security. Only Faiz can see bookings, and a customer can only open their own booking with their number and code
The slot is checked again on the server at the moment of booking, so two people can never take the same time
The design is built around the job: a hot afternoon turning cool, 34° to 24°, and a row of Shah Alam terrace houses with compressors on the walls

For VOLTSET Executive, an executive career branding firm, I designed the site and wired in automation so every visitor’s click turns into a warm, context-rich lead:
- Auto-filled enquiries: choosing a package sends the visitor to the form with the package and service already selected.
- Context-aware WhatsApp: 19 entry points, each opening a chat with a prefilled message naming the exact service or package the visitor viewed. The owner knows what they want before replying.
- Form to WhatsApp in one click: a visitor’s answers become a ready-to-send WhatsApp message, so leads who prefer chat never drop off.

Designed a modern AI Event Hosting Mobile App.
A bright periwinkle blue interface with bold orange event cards and clean, friendly typography for a fresh and energetic first impression.
A clear hosting dashboard with tickets sold, revenue, and page views, plus an AI flow that turns a short description into a full event page, tickets, and cover, make hosting feel quick and effortless. Soft rounded cards, smart suggestions, and a floating tab bar keep the whole app simple and easy to use.
Event hosting flows often get cluttered, but the step-by-step setup screen here looks really intuitive. Solid mobile UI work, Sujon!
Built + launched in 4 days. 140+ customer bookings since handover.
Before: A barber in Chiang Mai. His Instagram bio asked people to make a reservation, but there was no link. Every booking happened by hand in DMs.
What I built: A Thai and English booking site, linked from his Instagram bio. Customers pick a service and a time in a few taps. He gets an alert on his phone and runs everything from a phone dashboard: today's bookings, prices, opening hours. There's no payment step and no paid messaging service, so there's nothing for him to renew.
Result: The first real customer booking came in on handover day. 140+ customer bookings since handover, and it runs without me.
