Modern Real Estate Website | Webflow
Real estate brands need a website that makes properties easy to explore while creating trust from the first interaction. The challenge was to create a modern digital experience that presents property services clearly and guides visitors naturally toward taking action.
I designed and developed this real estate website in Webflow, focusing on a clean visual structure, intuitive navigation, strong typography, engaging property imagery, clear service sections, and strategic calls to action. The responsive layout was designed to provide a consistent experience across different screen sizes.
The result is a modern, professional Webflow website that makes property information easier to discover, strengthens the brand's online presence, and creates a smoother journey for potential buyers, renters, and investors.

Direct Address makes thought leadership video for B2B companies. Their whole argument is that your best marketing asset is the person who founded the thing, and most companies bury them behind a brand voice.
So the mark is a spotlight. Not a camera, not a play button — those describe the equipment. A spotlight describes the effect: you point it at one person and everyone looks.
Two cones meeting at a point, one half carrying a full-spectrum gradient, one solid. Color system named after directors, because the product is direction rather than footage. Then the landing page carrying all of it.
The line about the mark being a spotlight instead of a camera reframes the whole pitch. Do most founders resist being on camera at first, or does that argument get them comfortable fast?
Short-Form Social Media Video Editing
For this project, I transformed raw footage into a fast-paced, engaging short-form video designed to capture attention within the first few seconds and keep viewers watching until the end.
The editing process focused heavily on pacing, storytelling, and visual engagement. I carefully selected the strongest parts of the footage, removed unnecessary pauses and distractions, and arranged the clips into a clear and engaging sequence.
I added dynamic cuts, smooth transitions, strategic zooms, motion effects, and on-screen text to make the video feel more energetic and suitable for modern social-media platforms. Captions were also incorporated to make the content easy to follow, even when watched without sound.
I worked on the audio by balancing the dialogue, adding suitable background music, and using sound effects at key moments to make important transitions and actions more impactful.
The footage was also color-corrected and enhanced to create a clean and consistent visual appearance. I made sure the final edit maintained a professional style while still feeling engaging and natural.
The video was edited in a vertical format optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
