Hey, Contra crew! 👋 I'm Jaclyn, a content strategist and SEO writer, and I've spent the last several years figuring out how to make data and storytelling work together instead of against each other.
Most of my work lives at the intersection of two things brands don't always connect: the analytics that show you what's happening, and the voice work that changes it. I'm especially drawn to projects in beauty, fashion, gaming, and the arts — spaces where the audience is specific, often underserved, and really good at spotting when a brand doesn't actually get them.
Inclusive storytelling is a big part of how I work. Not as a checkbox, but as the thing that makes content actually land with the people it's meant for.
