This project was a workshop focused on nutrition and fertility. I single-handedly set up the entire workflow from creating lead magnets in Canva to building the landing page in Kajabi and ensuring payment processing was working correctly.
I onboarded new sign-ups, set up automation for tags and products, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. During the live workshop, I provided real-time support to the executive, dropping required links, answering and flagging unanswered questions in the chat, resolving last-minute sign-up issues, and admitting members as they joined.
I also handled all email communication and marketing before and after the workshop. The workshop successfully onboarded 18 registrations with zero technical issues on the day.
