The website serves as the official digital presence for this high-profile investment vehicle, managed by CBRE, communicating impact, strategy, and active projects to institutional stakeholders and developers.
Built on WordPress, the site was designed with a corporate, authoritative tone — balancing data-heavy content with clean, modern layouts. Key sections include Investment Strategy & Management, a Projects portfolio showcasing live investments across residential and commercial developments, FAQs, and a structured About Us section highlighting ESG priorities.
The design conveys credibility and scale — appropriate for an audience of institutional investors, pension fund trustees, and property developers across Greater Manchester, the North West, and West Yorkshire.
