Realty Boris is a luxury real estate website redesign built entirely in Framer. The project reimagines how a modern property agency can present premium listings through clean design, intuitive navigation, and a seamless user experience.
My goal was to create a website that feels sophisticated without sacrificing usability. The redesign focuses on showcasing properties through strong visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, subtle interactions, and clear calls-to-action that encourage enquiries.
From the homepage to property listings and editorial content, every section was designed to create trust, highlight the quality of the properties, and demonstrate how thoughtful design can elevate a real estate brand.

The renaissance painting next to the terminal window is an unexpected pairing that actually works, gives it more personality than the usual gradient blob hero. What made you go with that contrast?

A Framer template built for estate sale companies and fine auction houses, a niche nobody has really designed for yet.
The whole thing leans into provenance, the idea that every piece has a past worth telling. Warm parchment base, editorial type, curated gallery feel. Less SaaS startup, more auction catalog.

Using actual industry metrics like "lots sold" and "sell-through rate" in the hero section is such a thoughtful touch. It shows you really looked into how fine auction houses establish trust, rather than just dropping in generic placeholder stats.
