I had way too much fun making this one. The idea started with a simple thought: what if someone talked about their Stanley Cup the way reality TV contestants talk about a toxic relationship? The joke wasn't the cup—it was treating something completely ordinary with complete sincerity until, for just a second, it stopped being a joke. That little emotional beat is my favorite part because, honestly, we all have an object or routine that quietly becomes part of our day. If you notice the model changes between shots, that's intentional... well, sort of. I generated each scene separately to get the strongest performance from the AI, and the tradeoff is that character consistency isn't perfect. I chose to keep the best takes instead of chasing the exact same face in every clip. It reminded me that sometimes the performance, timing, and story matter more than technical perfection. Curious if anyone else has an "emotional support" object they'd never admit to. 🧐🤓
