NiagaBot — WhatsApp Sales & Business Automation
NiagaBot is a WhatsApp-based sales and business automation system I designed and developed to help businesses manage customer interactions, products, orders, and daily operations more efficiently.
I built interactive WhatsApp flows, product and menu management, order tracking, automated customer responses, webhook integrations, payment workflows, and a web-based dashboard for monitoring business activity.
The project combines Node.js, APIs, webhooks, database integration, automation, and AI-assisted customer interactions into one practical business system designed to reduce repetitive manual work and improve customer response time.

The website for my own web studio in Brazil, which builds pages for local businesses. It shows how a Google search can become a WhatsApp conversation, compares a generic page with a custom one in an interactive side-by-side demo, and sets out fixed pricing and the five steps to launch. I designed the brand direction and hand-coded the site in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with no template, and it is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
