Has anyone else run into this issue? How did you solve it?
I’m able to use the chat normally, and it can help me develop the script, visual direction, and sound design. However, whenever I ask it to actually generate the video, I get the following message:
“The credit estimation service is temporarily unavailable.”
I’ve tried again many times, usually about once every hour, but I keep getting the exact same error and still can’t generate any video.
This happens on both the web version and the app, so it doesn’t seem to be limited to one platform.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? If so, were you able to fix it, and what worked for you?
